Shipping & Returns 

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with a copy of original receipt, within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: 1) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. 2) If a product it been damage by customer, can't be refunded or replaced. 3)If a product arrives broken due the transport to the customer, please email us pictures with the package and the damaged object, alternatively you can contact us at the phone number 07764707130, and the product will be replaced/or refunded.

All products are imported from LNB Romania and most of them produced in US. Us as a franchise we guarantee the quality of the products. There is a 12-month warranty from the date of sale at any electronic device (example. nail desk lamp, UV led lamp).
